I am currently a junior at a university am am very passionate about natural foods. I am obtaining my BS in holistic nutrition. I am passionate about organics to taking up causes to stop GMO foods and promote local farmers. I live in Oregon where the weather is wet and everything grows very well in my backyard garden. I enjoy canning, drying and freezing my organic garden creations.
